Love, Gilda (2018)
This documentary examines the life and untimely death of the supremely talented and much beloved Saturday Night Live cast member Gilda Radner. Through clips and her personal journals, read by contemporary comedic actors, we revisit her career and the lives she touched. “The comedian who does all this funny stuff gets the most unfunny thing in the world,” says Gilda at one point, but the diagnosis doesn’t stop her from working to upend cancer stigma.
